Youth Mission Trip – Summer 2009

Remember those floods last year in Iowa? Well, they’ve been out of the news for a while, but the rebuilding still is not complete. Just after worship on Sunday, August 2, a group of Randolph Heights youth and adults left for Iowa City to help.

Youth Director Doug Walters worked through Presbyterian Disaster Assistance to set up the trip. He’ll lead our mission team as it works to help finish repairs to affected homes.

A Partnership for the Common Good

Last June, Randolph Heights began a community partnership with the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota in having one of their clothing and shoe donation bins in the corner
