Each Wednesday during Lent (from March 12th through April 9th), it’s become a tradition for us to have a modest meal of soup and sandwiches followed by a brief time (about 15 minutes) of worship.  The worship consists of singing together the Holden Evening Song service, with a reading from Scripture or a short meditation.

In Memoriam: Phyllis Awker

On Friday, March 21st, Phyllis Awker peacefully left this broken world to be with her Savior. A faithful follower of Christ and a tireless worker, she was a blessing to our congregation for many years.

This coming Saturday, March 29th, there will be a memorial service with a visitation at 10:00AM, the service itself at 11:00, and a light lunch following. Join us and her family as we celebrate her life. Her published obituary is here.
